History: Founded in the 1500's, originally known as Tsaritsyn. Fortress on the Volga River, major fishing and shipping. Renamed during Stalin's rule over Russia/USSR after a defensive battle against the White Russian armies (Belorussia). The battle of Stalingrad during WW2 is where the Nazis finally met their match, and began to run home with their tails between their legs. The city has long been key to Russian shipping, fishing, manufacturing, and military strategic actions. The city was renamed Volgograd during Nikita Krushchev's 'DeStalinization'.

Personality: Bipolar, insane, playful, childish, protective, scared, fatherly/Big Brotherly. He is EXTREMELY protective of Russia, hence his nicknames as 'gates' or 'Vlack' (in reference to a type of guard dog)

Extras: Stalingrad prefers to be called 'Stalin'; regardless of the time period. He is also extremely historically based, and quite insane. He will get between Russia and other people. He's like a second Belarus, only he doesn't like Bela at all and likes to keep her as far away from Russia as possible.

Stalin removed his visorcap, and leaned on the sheetmetal wall of his toolshed. It was a long day of fishing and manufacturing, but still his job was not done. While Russia was out at UN meetings, he was still home, still fighting the weather. His city controlled the river, and consequently it left him with more work than the average town.

Besides that, there was rumor of invasion floating around. Again. He sighed, and tried to put the thought away, dismissing it as paranoia for the time being. Who would want to get to Moscow when Russia wasn't even home?...

Then again, who wouldn't? With that thought, Kristov dove back into commerce, feeling the need to check up with the capital.

Anything else? Tools. He loves tools, and always has at least one on him. Usually a flamethrower or hammer.
